Production features
Citizen PROMASTER is a full-fledged sports watch that combines functionality, durability, and safety. A new model equipped with the new caliber "H864" has been released from the full-fledged pilot watch "SKY" series. A disc hand with UTC time on the subdial at 6 o'clock is used. This unique model allows you to read the approximate time of cities in the Northern Hemisphere when combined with the numbers on the ring at 6 o'clock. This disc hand slowly rotates around the clock over the course of a day. The fonts commonly seen on old maps and aviation charts are used for the names of each city and the numbers on the disc, giving it an intellectual nuance of the 1600s, when the world was being developed. We have also pursued readability by deliberately using a font different from the aviation slide rule part. Inheriting the design of the SKY series. Despite the imposing large-sized dial and bezel, the case body is light and comfortable to wear because of the mortar-shaped form. The matte finish makes use of the hairline, while the bezel slope and push button guard are mirror-finished to add a sense of contrast. There are three types: a basic model with a monotone base, a model with lime color accents that evokes the image of a lush, green Earth, and an all-black model that gives a rugged impression. A map of the Northern Hemisphere is engraved on the back cover.
