Kyo-yaki pottery craftsman "Kasaburo Kiln" has opened a kiln in Kyoto for over 50 years.
I study craft arts from all over Japan and around the world, and create "Kesaburo World" after digesting my research.
Many people love the works created with unique technology that is not found anywhere else.
[Things to do before using]
Soak it in water for a while, wipe off the moisture, and then put food and drinks in it.
Makes stains less likely to adhere.
[Regarding individual differences in products]
Each product is made by hand.
Therefore, even if the product we deliver has the same design, there are individual differences in weight, size, color, and shape for each customer.
Please enjoy the one-of-a-kind products that are only one in the world.
[What Kasaburo Kiln particularly values]
・The design must be “original”.
・To give shape to the thoughts that are strongly attracted to the energy in primitive art from the beginning of mankind.
The work of Kasaburo Kiln has been well received by many customers.

[Production]
(original technique)
I study craft arts from all over Japan and around the world, and create "Kesaburo World" after digesting my research.
for example,
・Color painting
-Usually in overglaze enamels, the color is heavily applied to the kumadori, but at Kasaburo Kiln, we apply the light painting method of painting to create works that have a faint scent.
·Blue and white porcelain
-Usually in sometsuke, the paint is painted with cobalt pigment and then glazed and then fired.
Then the cobalt pigment melts into the molten glaze, resulting in a very soft firing.
Both techniques are very delicate and difficult, and are limited to contemporary works. - Features
